Another power ballad 😱.
What can I do, I can't resist songs as sweet as honey ☺️.
However, for those who love 80's music, Love Bites by Def Leppard is not just any ballad, but a great one.
The song is part of the 1987 album Hysteria, but as a single, being the fifth, it was released in the summer of 1988.
Both the album and the single achieved first place in the US charts, which was not so obvious for a British band, who until then had enjoyed, with a single, the excellent second position of Pour Some Sugar on Me.
The album Hysteria also topped the charts in Canada, the UK, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, and Finland… just to name the number 1 spots.
So after all this praise, I'm going to let my blood sugar skyrocket and listen to Love Bites one more time.
